Informational LED screens for the RISD Museum. The three semi-transparent screens (using G-LEC technology) are arranged
in an open triangular formation around a central scrolling marquee.
The title of each exhibition scrolls vertically up the central column, while dates and images from each exhibit scroll horizontally across the screens. The transparency of the screens allows the text and images to merge with each other and the surrounding environment. The low resolutions screens offer a solution that is versatile, while also presenting an abstract aesthetic appropriate to the epoch.
